MiX has drawn it's inspiration from culinary cultures across the globe. Hence it's name is "MiX". We infuse asian and continental influences into our cooking & each preparation is different from the other. Restaurant owner and chef Manav Paul monitors & prepares each fare personally. Within a few months of operations MiX has found it's mention on Travel Magazine, Popular travel websites and local newspapers of Goa and a thumbs up from the most popular food reviewer in town! MiX is best known for Steaks and Grilled foods and it's unconventional signature recipes such as- Prime Steaks - Perhaps we're the only ones in town besides professional steak houses of the world, who age their steaks for 45 days for tenderising before its makes it to your plate!!
Hot cheesey prawns, which is a tomato concasse and a topping medley of 3 different types of melted cheese!
Fish filet on Lime and Dill sauce layered on sauteed spinach and mushrooms and complimented with Beet Carpacio Blackened chicken which is a medley of Star Anise, Orange, Honey flavors Beer Can Chicken - This unusual chicken is smoked on a barbecue pit making it crispy from outside and the beer steams in to make a juicy inside!!
Besides great food MiX now has live entertainment on Mondays with Rock band Almost Famous, Blues, Jazz & Funk with The StreeLight People on Thursdays and Andre the Neil Diamond & Chris Rea of India on Fridays.
